Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is attempting to collapse the Canadian economy by following the WEF-influenced plan to curb fertilizer use by 30%.
However, premiers from three western provinces have said they outright reject the plan from the federal government.
The western provinces are responsible for growing most of the Canadian wheat that feeds millions.
