Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff (CA) on Sunday appeared on CNN’s “State of the Union” to discuss incoming Republican leadership.
During the interview, CNN’s Dana Bash asked Schiff if he will comply with a subpoena issued by House Republicans.
“If you are subpoenaed by Republicans when they take over, will you comply?” Bash asked Schiff.
“We’ll have to consider the validity of the subpoena,” Schiff said.
