That ‘conspiracy theory’ is most likely true.
Another U.S. government agency admitted COVID-19 likely originated from a lab leak.
The U.S. Energy Department released a report stating with “low confidence” that COVID-19 arose from a lab leak.
The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times first shared the report that cited new intelligence to make the lab leak conclusion.
