Supreme Court Orders Backpay for Fired Unvaccinated Workers

Supreme Court Orders Backpay for Fired Unvaccinated Workers

The New York State Supreme Court just ruled in favor of the thousands of workers who were fired for being unvaccinated.

These employees are to be reinstated WITH backpay, as their rights were violated when they were fired.

According to the court, “being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.”

New York City alone terminated 1,400 employees earlier this year, after the vaccine mandate was implemented under former mayor Bill DeBlasio.

This is a huge victory not just for New Yorkers, but for all Americans.

The Supreme Court’s ruling brings even more attention to the fact that the vaccine basically does nothing.

Democrats in New York are still glued to the fact that the original decision was the right thing to do, so vote accordingly.
