President Donald Trump is expected to be indicted Wednesday but won’t appear before a New York judge until next week, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
Fox News reported Monday evening that there would likely be no arraignment this week.
Fox News reporter David Spunt said a readout from a law enforcement meeting indicated any arraignment won’t happen until next week.
“But looks like nothing is going to happen this week per law enforcement and it looks like a virtual option which would allow the former president to appear virtually online is off the table,” Spunt said.
“So it appears he will come in person if he is indicted and according to law enforcement sources in that room they are pushing the timeline back somewhat.”
“There will be no arraignment this week,” an inside source told the Daily Mail Tuesday.
