18-Inch Pipe Bomb Reportedly Found on Train Tracks

Philadelphia police reportedly found an 18-inch pipe bomb on train tracks in Frankford, Pennsylvania.

The device was disconnected and reported to have burn marks.

Officers reportedly said the bomb disposal unit removed the device for further investigation.
