It’s starting to seem that the CDC was aware there would be a major event involving Vinyl Chloride BEFORE the Ohio train derailment.
In late January 2023, the CDC changed the toxicological profile of Vinyl Chloride on its website.
It was the first edit on the page since 2006.

17 years later they claimed that the chemical was 1000% less toxic.
