Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo (R) Friday night declared a state of emergency after a pipeline that supplies fuel to Las Vegas and Southern Nevada started to leak.
The leak was detected at a pumping station in Long Beach, California.
Drivers rushed in a frenzy to fill their tanks in case of a fuel shortage.
