On Saturday evening, a Norfolk Southern train derailed in Springfield, Ohio.
Hazmat crews are responding to the scene.
Clark County officials asked residents within 1,000 feet of the derailment site to shelter-in-place out of an abundance of caution.
Does this whole scenario feel like Deja vu?
