28-year-old actor Jansen Panettiere, the younger brother of actress Hayden Panettiere, died suddenly due to complications of cardiomegaly (enlarged heart).
The young actor died February 19th in New York City.
Panettiere’s family confirmed the news in a statement.
“It is with great sorrow we share the tremendous, untimely loss of our beautiful Jansen,” the family said.
“Though it offers little solace, the Medical Examiner reported Jansen’s sudden passing was due to cardiomegaly (enlarged heart), coupled with aortic valve complications.”
