Trumpification is a trading name of Entrepreneur Business Solutions Ltd, hereafter called ‘Us', ‘We', or ‘Our', whose headquarters are located at 27 Old Gloucester Street London WC1N 3AX UK, and any references herein of trumpification and this website shall refer to this company.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Trumpification's Website, located at https://trumpification.org/member-tos-page/.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use trumpification if you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Our “MONEY BACK” guarantee

To qualify for the money-back guarantee and get a refund, you must;

• Return the products to us in a resaleable condition.
• Within the time period specified; the guarantee period (60 days).
• Tell us about items that were received damaged (within 24 hours of receiving that item – see below)

You agree that the condition of the items will be decided by “Shipoffers” a specialist fulfilment provider that handles all our shipping and returns. Items that are disposed of by them, and are therefore not in a resaleable condition will NOT be refunded.

We will calculate the value of the items that are disposed of and hence “not in a resaleable condition” on a fair and pro-rata basis, as indicated below, and you agree that losses caused by damaged returns are your sole responsibility, so please return items very well packaged.

If any items were damaged on receipt of those said items, then you must specify those damages to us, including photos to show such damages. You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the items and you must inform us of this by email, including relevant photos of the damages, sent to [email protected]

In any case, you must tell us about the damages, as specified above and according to those agreed terms, before returning the items, to be exempt from charges for these damaged items being deducted from your refund, under our money-back guarantee.

Damaged items that you receive will be replaced or refunded, provided you meet the conditions specified above, that the damages are reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the items/products, by email to [email protected] including photos of the damaged items.

Returns and Refunds

We allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 60 Days from the date of purchase. If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer, subject to the terms herein. You have 60 Days from the date of purchase to return the product for a refund.

Any return received after the 60 Days period will not be processed.

If a customer requests a refund, the money for the purchase is refunded back to the customer subject to these terms herein, however, the 100% money-back guarantee only covers the price of the product. The 100% money-back guarantee does not cover the shipping and handling fees either, because the customer made the decision to try the product, therefore the customer accepts to pay the fees for shipping, packaging and handling the product, set as a flat fee of $35.

For returns;

The value of each item that is damaged will be calculated as follows:

Each item that is damaged will reduce your refund by $50 or the value of the item. Item value is calculated by taking the cost of your order in total and dividing it by the number of items in your order. We will use our discretion to asses the amounts to reduce your refund according to the above criteria.

For refunds of damaged items you receive;

Item value is calculated by taking the cost of your order in total and dividing it by the number of items in your order, we will then refund you this amount for the items you receive damaged OR replace the items at our cost if you prefer a replacement to be sent to you.

Assignment

Trumpification is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Trump smart Cards (“Smart Trump Card”) is an NFC smart card that holds a key to give you access to this website. The cards hold no monetary value and can NOT be exchanged for anything else, money or otherwise. Each card entitles you to access the member's area on trumpicifation.org, this website. The member's area may offer discounts for cardholders, and/or offer special promotions as we see fit. Only promotions that are expressly defined in the member's area are applicable to the “Smart Trump Card”, and you should note that the card is valid for the lifetime of the website. The “Smart Trump Card” remains your property and will enable you to access the member's area on this website, for the lifetime of the website. You agree not to try to reverse engineer the card in any way, nor to circumvent any security measures on the card or to our member's website. We may or may not run special promotions in connection with the cards as we choose and only as expressly defined in the member's area of this website.

TERMS & CONDITIONS ON PRE-ORDERING ITEMS.

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold out from our website. Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance which requires a down payment from a client interested in procuring the said item/product. Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Orders.

DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ALL ORDERS:

1. “Availability” in terms of all orders including pre-orders – are sold on a first come first served basis!

2. “Full payment” is required & should be made via our payment system, powered by Stripe and accepting most debit and credit cards. We do require our clients to pay the full amount stated for all orders. Upon submission of the Order, we will take full and immediate payment for the full order you placed. However, we are flexible and offer a guarantee, that we will refund upon request all orders at our discretion.

3. “Refunds” can be obtained at any stage of the process, provided you follow the proper procedure outlined here in these terms, and subject to these terms. Namely, you contact us by email stating your request for a refund, although chargebacks are not considered valid ways to request a refund. Only in cases of actual and real fraud will we consider a chargeback a valid method of claiming a refund.

3. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the Order has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other tools/items/goods or services being rendered. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

4. Estimated Date of Arrival: Shipment is based on the shipping schedule of our selected courier. Although we could track and trace the whereabouts of our package we cannot assure you the exact date and time of its arrival due to several factors such as delays due to unforeseen events beyond our control (Technical problems of the shipping company, Natural Disasters, Customs clearing etc.) Shipping to USA usually takes no more than 15-30 days, and it can be an average of 7 days from the date of Order completion. The maximum number of days should not exceed 45 days and you are covered by our “MONEY BACK” guarantee. Kindly manage your expectations. “If you cannot wait that long then please do not proceed with your order”.

5. Once the item has been confirmed as delivered by the courier, then you accept that your item has been duly delivered. Once you receive confirmation that the item has been shipped you accept that delays outside our control can cause delays, however, we are always available to contact [email protected] for any enquiries.

6. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order. We will not entertain such requests, to deliver orders to an address that is NOT a billing address for your payment method, to protect the privacy and security of our clients.

7. All orders are final –  We consider all orders to be final unless you have made a valid request for a refund as outlined in these terms and conditions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Trumpification and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
