Another One! Crews Battle Fire at Kentucky Produce Warehouse

We have yet another ‘coincidence’ to report at a food processing plant.

Aren’t we close to 100 of these strange events now?

Crews from multiple fire departments battled a warehouse fire in Wilder (KY), according to Campbell County Dispatch.

The fire broke out sometime before 5:15 p.m. in the Castellini Company-owned building on Plum Street.

No injuries were reported from the blaze at the produce warehouse.

FOX 19 Now reporter Payton Marshall wrote, “Chief Schultz just confirmed that the fire started from a trailer that was parked at the Castellini warehouse. Schultz said the fire spread through the structure.”

FOX 19 Now reported:

Fire crews from Wilder, Alexandria, Fort Thomas, Newport and Southgate all responded.

A cooling bus provided by the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky is there to provide for the firefighters working in extremely hot temperatures, according to a TANK spokesperson.

Crews remain on scene as of 9 p.m.

The Castellini Company is a supply chain company specializing in produce sourcing and delivery and transportation services, according to the company’s website.
